Encouraging staff, engaging exercises, specified/targeted exercises individualised for each ail/issue. Friendly and enjoyable ambiance. (Fantastic music on top of that)

Tristan was absolutely phenomenal. Visiting from the US and had some bad nerve pain flair up. Tristan saw me on short notice and was very attentive to what I needed and is the reason I’ll be able to experience Tomorrowland after thinking I was going to have to miss it. Would recommend Tristan 10 times out of 10.

"I highly recommend Florian as a personal trainer. He helped me recover from an injury and get back to my fitness routine. Florian is very knowledgeable about the human body and was able to create a customized workout plan that targeted my specific areas of weakness. He was also very patient and understanding, and always made sure that I was doing the exercises correctly to avoid re-injury. Florian is very supportive and encouraging, which made the recovery process a lot easier. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to adjust the workout plan as needed to accommodate my recovery. Overall, I had a great experience working with Florian and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, patient, and supportive."
