Care, Support, Transmission:
A Calling From Father to Son

In the Claes family, caring and transmitting constitute a vocation passed on from father to son. Roland was mentored by his father, chiropractor Willy Claes, renowned olympic weightlifting athlete, and followed his footsteps, taking on his profession with the same rigorous precision and deep listening skills. These are the qualities Roland learned, cultivated, refined and passed on to his two sons, Tristan and Florian, who decided to also become coaches and to open new paths in their turn.
An international career in constant evolution
Roland Claes studied at the Life University in Marietta, Georgia (USA), where he obtained the title of Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.). He then continued his training with world-renowned experts such as Prof. Stuart Mc Gill and obtained the Mc Gill Clinician & Coach Certification (3 levels). He also graduated from the DNS Prague School of Rehabilitation (Level A) of Prof. Pavel Kolar. He regularly attends seminars with highly renowned international coaches and therapists in order to apply the teachings received on his patients.
He represents Belgium within the FICS (Fédération Internationale de Chiropratique du Sport, based in Lausanne, Switzerland).
Like his training, his career has taken him to the international sports scene. He has shaped the careers of many renowned world, European and national champions, both in Belgium and internationally, in the professional worlds of football (soccer), tennis, athletics, triathlon, cycling, motor racing, and combat sports (Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, MMA, judo, etc.). He has been a high-level athlete himself and maintains his fitness level every week by practicing strength and conditioning training.
