Care, Support, Transmission:
A Calling From Father to Son
In the Claes family, caring and transmitting constitute a vocation passed on from father to son. Roland was mentored by his father, chiropractor Willy Claes, renowned olympic weightlifting athlete, and followed his footsteps, taking on his profession with the same rigorous precision and deep listening skills. These are the qualities Roland learned, cultivated, refined and passed on to his two sons, Tristan and Florian, who decided to also become coaches and to open new paths in their turn.
An international career in constant evolution
Roland Claes studied at the Life University in Marietta, Georgia (USA), where he obtained the title of Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.). He then continued his training with world-renowned experts such as Prof. Stuart Mc Gill and obtained the Mc Gill Clinician & Coach Certification (3 levels). He also graduated from the DNS Prague School of Rehabilitation (Level A) of Prof. Pavel Kolar. He regularly attends seminars with highly renowned international coaches and therapists in order to apply the teachings received on his patients.
He represents Belgium within the FICS (Fédération Internationale de Chiropratique du Sport, based in Lausanne, Switzerland).
Like his training, his career has taken him to the international sports scene. He has shaped the careers of many renowned world, European and national champions, both in Belgium and internationally, in the professional worlds of football (soccer), tennis, athletics, triathlon, cycling, motor racing, and combat sports (Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, MMA, judo, etc.). He has been a high-level athlete himself and maintains his fitness level every week by practicing strength and conditioning training.

Look good, move well, lift HEAVY!
Tristan Claes
Biomechanical screening, Massage therapy, Neurological rehabilitation, Nutrition, Powerlifting, Sport rehabilitation, Sport specific training, Strength and conditioning
Tristan is one of our Senior Strength & Conditioning specialists. Throughout his career, he has acquired multiple certifications of the highest degree in personal training, powerlifting, rehab & injury prevention, and nutrition. He also pursued a career as a legal scholar and completed his LLM (Law Masters) in the field of medical law.
With Physiology being one of his main interests, he holds years of particular expertise and is driven by helping you to treat your injuries sustained through everyday life tasks and/or sports participation, hereby regaining your normal pain-free mobility (ROM).
Whether you want to take your athletic and strength performance to the next level as a pro/amateur athlete or transform your body to regain your confidence and improve your overall well-being, Tristan is your guy. He works with people of all levels and ages by using a precisely targeted sport-specific methodology. He will not only help you improve your game but also make you become the best version of yourself and crush your competition both physically and mentally. His motto holds, therefore:
“Look good, move well, lift HEAVY!”.
“During the early stages of my life, I always was the largest kid of the class, often subject to being bullied about my weight or being picked last on every recess sports team. I felt horrible, unconfident, and revolted by my own body. Although I was a strong kid, it was only during my adolescent period that I started to use this to my benefit and decided to drastically change my life. I educated myself in physiology, fitness, and performance which resulted in sparking a passion for sports that I still hold to this day. In the past, I have participated in different sports at a national level such as Judo (Poseidon Judo Club), American Football (Brussels Tigers), and Power Lifting. I have made it my life’s mission to share and transmit this passion and knowledge with others, guide them to regain control of their lives, and become the best version of themselves where others would not. It is you vs you, dream, hustle & achieve. Let me guide you in reclaiming that smile on your face, ready to take on the world!”

Cindy Deschoenmaeker
Biomechanical screening, Body composition analysis, Fat loss, Improved health, Longevity Lifestyle Strategist, Massage therapy, Mobility enhancement, Muscle building, Online personal training, Strength and conditioning
Cindy is an energetic and dynamic 42-year-old with a deep passion for movement, health, and guiding people toward a stronger, more vital life.
Her journey in sports began at the age of 13, starting with fitness and group classes. Over the years, she continuously expanded her horizons, exploring disciplines such as Thai boxing, triathlon, charity marathons, strength training, and CrossFit, often combined with her love for dance and expressive movement.
Through her background as a nurse, Cindy developed a strong interest in understanding what the body truly needs to stay healthy and resilient. This led her to further specialize in nutrition, functional movement, and various health and training methodologies through additional education and certifications.
Today, Cindy combines her extensive sports experience, medical background, and passion for movement to guide others. Her approach is grounded, practical, and focused on long-term wellbeing.
Her mission is simple yet powerful:
to help people move more, grow stronger, and feel better in both their bodies and their lives.
She believes movement is not just about performance, but about balance, energy, and overall wellbeing.
Cindy helps people reconnect with their bodies through movement, strength, and healthy habits.
Everyone starts from a different place. That’s why she works with a personalized approach, building step by step toward:
- a stronger body
- more daily energy
- a healthier relationship with movement and nutrition
- greater self-confidence and resilience
Movement is not an obligation, it’s a powerful tool to feel better, both physically and mentally.

Philippe Tadger
Biomechanical screening, Improved health, Massage therapy, Mobility enhancement, Neurological rehabilitation, Sport rehabilitation
At Elite Sport Performance, we believe that moving well is the foundation for feeling and performing at your best. Philippe Tadger, our physical therapist and osteopath, approaches the body as a complete system rather than simply focusing on the area where pain is felt.
By combining physical therapy, osteopathy and movement-based rehabilitation, Philippe looks for the underlying restrictions, compensations and dysfunctional movement patterns that may be limiting the way your body moves.
Whether you are dealing with persistent discomfort, recovering from an injury, returning to sport or simply feeling that your body is not moving the way it should, his goal is to help restore mobility, improve function and rebuild confidence in movement.
His approach focuses on identifying and releasing restrictions throughout the body's kinetic chains, then progressively restoring the strength, control and movement quality needed for everyday life and athletic performance.
Because at ESP, treatment is not only about getting you out of pain.
It is about helping you move well again, so you can live and perform better.

As a passionate sports educator and qualified masseur, I prioritize listening to and understanding your needs. My experience as an educator has taught me the importance of creating a human connection, accompanying you, and adapting to your goals. This approach enriches every massage, making each session a tailor-made moment focused on you.
Sports massage is much more than a treatment: it's an essential tool for optimizing your performance, preventing injury, and accelerating your recovery. Whether you're a beginner, just getting back into the swing of things, or an experienced athlete, I offer precise, effective techniques, sometimes accompanied by tools such as Theragun, to prepare your body, relieve muscle tension, and improve your physical condition.
At ESP, my aim is clear: to combine technical expertise, attentive listening, and passion to offer you the very best in sports massage in an environment dedicated to your well-being and progress. Experience a professional treatment that combines performance and well-being.
