Christelle’s journey began with fifteen years of practice as a contemporary dancer and as a dance teacher, before she started her advanced studies in psychology (ILMH). During this period, she became interested in sports psychology and the dancers’ own self-image. After earning her psychology degree, she specialized in the field of psychology of the family and its sexuality. While working as a psychologist, she further trained herself as a couples’ therapist for 4 years and then in clinical sexology, after which she studied hypnosis at the Institute for New Hypnosis.

Christelle has been a psychologist and therapist in private practice since 1998. Her interest and passion for sports led her to develop herself as a mental coach for athletes through hypnosis.

She has been practicing capoeira for 22 years, including 14 years as a teacher, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and as a Crossfit athlete.
