“Learn the rules like a pro, so you can break them like an artist.” – Pablo Picasso. I like this quote because it emphasizes the importance of understanding body movement to achieve optimal performance, always keeping in mind that this should be done without pain.
In the 21st century, I believe it is a mistake to live with pain and discomfort, as often the solution lies simply in movement. Physiotherapy in older adults is of high importance when it helps them by preventing injuries and maintaining their independence, and therefore improving their quality of life. My primary goal is to help my patients live fully and pain-free.
As a ballet dancer, my greatest fear is getting injured, but physiotherapy has always been and continues to be my lifesaver. Whether it’s by addressing a specific pain during an exercise or by preventing injuries, physiotherapy is essential for improving performance. Additionally, the correct application of sports techniques is crucial.
Half of my professional experience as a physical therapist has focused on working with dancers, helping them extend their years of performance in the best physical condition possible and without injuries. I use technical corrections and muscle strengthening as the basis of my approach.
“It is a shame for a man to grow old, without seeing the beauty and strength the body is capable of.” – Socrates.
Physical fitness and health are two essential elements in our lives that we don’t always consider, but are greatly needed for a happy life: after all, the mind is not separate from the body. Additionally, sometimes pain symptoms can occur that can cause a lot of discomfort. Therefore, it is my task as a physiotherapist to guide you towards a healthy way of living, where I stand for a personalized, methodical, and scientifically focused approach for maximum results.

“During the early stages of my life, I always was the largest kid of the class, often subject to being bullied about my weight or being picked last on every recess sports team. I felt horrible, unconfident, and revolted by my own body. Although I was a strong kid, it was only during my adolescent period that I started to use this to my benefit and decided to drastically change my life. I educated myself in physiology, fitness, and performance which resulted in sparking a passion for sports that I still hold to this day. In the past, I have participated in different sports at a national level such as Judo (Poseidon Judo Club), American Football (Brussels Tigers), and Power Lifting. I have made it my life’s mission to share and transmit this passion and knowledge with others, guide them to regain control of their lives, and become the best version of themselves where others would not. It is you vs you, dream, hustle & achieve. Let me guide you in reclaiming that smile on your face, ready to take on the world!”
