Passionate about an active lifestyle, she believes in exercise therapy as the best medicine that can be offered. She herself has always been engaged in sports, including football, gymnastics, skating, swimming, karate, volleyball, sailing, and horse riding, and she has been practicing weightlifting for 6 years. These experiences enrich her understanding of human movements and body biomechanics, providing precious knowledge that she always integrates into her work as a physiotherapist.
She is specialised in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries of lower limbs, particularly ACL reconstructions, ankle sprains, and fractures. However, her holistic approach enables her to effectively treat a broader range of patients and conditions.
She also holds a certification as a “Bodybuilding and Fitness Instructor”, which gave her a solid foundation in resistance training and strength and conditioning.
